Windows development is done using the latest version of Visual Studio.  I use this for both the web and PC development.

On the PC, I have developed both user interface applications (like the graphics user interface for the photo kiosk) and Windows services and back end processes.

The one thing I find that I like in Windows development is the ease in integrating between the PC component and the web.  It's pretty slick and simple to create a web service and access it from the PC.
